A Associação Brasileira de Juristas pela Democracia (ABJD) iniciou, nesta semana, uma campanha contra a anistia de pessoas envolvidas no golpe de Estado de 8 de janeiro de 2023. Intitulada Anistia Não, Golpistas na Prisão!, a iniciativa visa pressionar a sociedade e o governo para que os responsáveis pelos ataques à democracia sejam responsabilizados. A campanha conta com atos presenciais e publicações em redes sociais para engajar a população.
A advogada Tereza Mansi, integrante da executiva nacional da ABJD, explicou que a campanha busca evitar a aprovação de projetos de lei que anistiariam os golpistas. Ela alerta que a anistia representaria um perigoso precedente, permitindo que novas tentativas de golpe possam ocorrer no futuro. Mansi ainda destacou que a falta de responsabilização histórica, especialmente em relação ao golpe de 1964, facilitou a tentativa de golpe em 2023.
No último domingo (16), o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro convocou seus apoiadores para um ato na praia de Copacabana em defesa da anistia dos envolvidos no ataque de 8 de janeiro. Essa manifestação ocorre em meio ao crescente debate político sobre o tema.

O Ataque de 8 de Janeiro
O episódio de 8 de janeiro de 2023, uma semana após a posse de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, foi marcado pela invasão dos prédios dos Três Poderes em Brasília por milhares de apoiadores de Bolsonaro, resultando em destruição e vandalismo. Desde então, 370 pessoas foram condenadas por crimes como golpe de Estado, tentativa de abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito e dano qualificado ao patrimônio público. Além disso, mais de 500 pessoas firmaram acordos com a Justiça.
Em fevereiro deste ano, a Polícia Federal e a Procuradoria Geral da República indicaram que o ataque foi parte de uma tentativa de golpe articulada por Bolsonaro e seus aliados. No próximo dia 25, o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) decidirá se Bolsonaro e outros denunciados serão levados a julgamento.
Em sua defesa, o advogado de Bolsonaro, Paulo Cunha Bueno, negou qualquer envolvimento do ex-presidente no movimento golpista, afirmando que não há provas que conectem Bolsonaro aos crimes denunciados.
